This is a message to alert you to a fine event coming up next month that raises funds for Pete’s Place in Coffs Harbour, which helps out homeless people.
The Empty Bowls Event is being hosted by Coastal Claymakers and supported by TAFE Coffs Harbour.
This year we are hosting it at The Pavillion, Bellingen Riverside Cottages, 224 North Bank Road, Bellingen between 10am and 2pm on 21st October. Everything is being generously donated so that 100% of what we take on the day will go to Pete’s Place.
At present, Pete’s Place is feeding roughly over 90 people per day and are in desperate need for funds to buy sleeping bags, swags, tents, toothbrushes and the like for people who have nowhere to live.
