Hugh Wade
Hugh has been at various times; a computer programmer, cab driver, waiter, very ordinary actor, TAFE teacher, job skills advisor, voiceover artist and narrator.
While this crazy life was going on, Hugh was always making things, from discarded objects and other peoples rubbish into strange juxtapositions.
He has exhibited in the Urunga “Sculpture in the Park” since 2014, and was awarded a “Highly Commended” certificate by the judges in 2017 for his piece entitled “The Weird Thing”.
In 2022 Hugh had objects of comic relief in two shows at the Art Space and a shared show at Tree-O gallery.
