2026 Cornerstone exhibition

Cornerstone Collective presents … Constraint/Restraint.

An exhibition by selected local practicing artists responding to the title theme.

This is an annual exhibition coordinated by artist & curator Adrienne Hmelnitsky at the Fine Arts Gallery, The Artspace Urunga. This is the fourth year that the collective has delivered their unique and distinctive presentation of contemporary art.

The Collective currently consists of 20 selected artists. The groups’ numbers continue to grow, ensuring diverse and dynamic work in each year’s pool of 12 – 14 exhibiting artists.

Each artist has developed work through investigation, experimentation, and an ongoing pursuit to expand their practice, always challenging their own stylistic or conceptual interpretation of the theme.

The 2026 artists are:

Nick Warfield, Paul Miller, Pete Gailey, Sara Wade, Sue Gorrell
